गुरसरांय (झाँसी)।कोचिंग से पढ़कर लौट रहे इंटरमीडिएट के छात्र को जबरिया पांच लड़कों ने मोटरसाइकिल से ले जाकर एकांत जगह में उसकी जबरदस्त बेल्टों से मारपीट कर मोबाइल और पांच हजार रुपए छीन लिए।जब पीड़ित थाना गुरसरांय पहुंचा तो कई घंटे जांच के नाम पर बैठाए रखा और पीड़ित की तहरीर पर मुकदमा दर्ज न करके उसे चलता कर दिया।तब उसने इसकी शिकायत मुख्यमंत्री पोर्टल पर भी दर्ज कराई है विस्तृत जानकारी के मुताबिक आनंद पटेल पुत्र मनीष पटेल ग्राम जौरी थाना गुरसरांय जिला झांसी का निवासी है वह 29 अक्टूबर रविवार को दिन के बारह बजे लगभग कटरा चौराहे पर एक कोचिंग सेंटर पर पढ़कर अपने कमरे पर वापस जा रहा था तब ही कोचिंग से चंद कदम दूरी पर ग्राम इस्किल निवासी अर्पित पटेल पुत्र इंद्रपाल पटेल,दखनेश्वर निवासी बिपिन अहिरवार,रिया निवासी कृष्णा झा,विवेक दिनकर निवासी गुरसरांय,जॉनी निवासी गुरसरांय ने पीड़ित आनंद पटेल के ऊपर कट्टा लगाकर जबरन मोटरसाइकिल पर बिठाकर ग्राम मडो़री व्यास पैलेस के पीछे खेतों में ले जाकर सभी लोगों ने जमकर मारपीट की एवं जेब में रखे रुपये पाँच हजार छीन लिए एवं मोबाइल फोन भी छीनकर ले गए,जाते समय सभी लोग थाना आदि में शिकायत करने पर जान से मारने की धमकी भी दी। और भाग गए। इस दौरान पीड़ित को बेल्टों से बुरी तरह लोगों ने मारपीट की और जब पीड़ित अपने परिवार जनों के पास पहुंचा और आप बीती बताइ तो पीड़ित आनंद पटेल के पिता मनीष पटेल ने थाना गुरसरांय में लिखित प्रार्थना पत्र देकर मुकदमा दर्ज कर कार्रवाई की मांग की लेकिन पीड़ित को कई घंटे पुलिस इधर-उधर घूमाती रही और थाने में बैठाए रखा बाद में कार्रवाई के नाम पर टरका दिया। तब पीड़ित ने इस संबंध में पूरी जानकारी मुख्यमंत्री पोर्टल पर कर कार्रवाई की मांग की है इस प्रकार पुलिस की टरकाउ नीति के चलते आए दिन अपराधिक घटनाएं बड़ रही हैं और पुलिस अपनी रिपोर्ट दर्ज न कर वाहवाही लूट रही हैं।
