कटेरा (झाँसी ) मेला जलविहार महोत्सव कटेरा 2023 के दृष्टिगत थाना कटेरा परिसर में उपजिलाधिकारी मऊरानीपुर गोपेश तिवारी की अध्यक्षता तथा पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी मऊरानीपुर हरिमोहन सिंह के नेतृत्व में नगर पंचायत अध्यक्ष कटेरा धनीराम डबरया बोर्ड के पार्षदगण एवं पत्रकारों नगर के गणमान्य व्यक्तियों के साथ बैठक आयोजित की गयी जिसमें उपजिलाधिकारी ने मेला जलविहार के आयोजन के विषय में जानकारी ली तथा मेला में होने जा रहे कार्यक्रमों को कैसे शांति पूर्वक संपन्न कराएं इसको लेकर एक एक बिन्दु पर बैठक में उपस्थित सभी लोगों से सलाह मशविरा किया कहा की बिना परमिशन के कोई झूला नहीं चलेगा केवल सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम ही होंगे अश्वलील गीत नृत्य स्वीट नाईट जैसे कोई कार्यक्रम नहीं होंगे ऐसे शासन से निर्देश हैं पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी हरिमोहन सिंह ने कहा की शांति और सुरक्षा पुलिस का कार्य है मेला में पर्याप्त पुलिस बल तैनात होगा पूरा मेला जलविहार महोत्सव सी सी टी वी कैमरों की नजर में होगा यदि कोई अराजकता करेगा तो सख्त कार्यवाही की जायेगी
