हैल्थ वेलनेस सेन्टर की गुणवत्ता में सुधार हमारी प्राथमिकता- जिलाधिकारी

ललितपुर। भारत सरकार द्वारा हैल्थ वेलनेस सेन्टर पर दी जा रही सेवाओं के मानकीकरण उद्देश्य से नेशनल क्वालिटी एश्योरेन्स स्टैन्डर्ड (एन.क्यू.ए.एस.) सर्टिफिकेशन कार्यक्रम चलाया जा रहा है। इस सर्टिफिकेशन में जनपद का हैल्थ वेलनेस सेन्टर जमालपुर जिले का पहला ऐसा केन्द्र घोषित हुआ है जहाँ राष्ट्रीय स्तर के मानक पूरे कर लिये गये हैं। भारत सरकार की टीम द्वारा किये गये मूल्यांकन में इस केन्द्र को 87 प्रतिशत अंक प्राप्त हुये है।
ललितपुर के जिलाधिकारी आलोक सिंह ने जनपद के 15 केन्द्रों को प्रथम चरण में राष्ट्रीय स्तर का बनाने की मुहिम चलायी गयी है जिसके तहत हैल्थ वेलनेस सेन्टर जमालपुर को चुना गया था। जिला प्रशासन व स्वास्थ्य विभाग की टीम नें भारत सरकार के मानक को पूरा करने के लिये एक टीम गठित की जिसने गैप चिन्हित कर इस केन्द्र की सारी कमियों को पूरा कराया।
उन्होंने बताया कि अंतरविभागीय समन्वय के बिन्दुओं को प्रशासन के सहयोग से तथा स्वास्थ्य सेवा सबंधी बिन्दुओं को मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी को सौंपकर केन्द्र का लगातार पर्यवेक्षण कराया यहीं कारण है कि राष्ट्रीय मूल्यांकन में हमें सफलता मिली।
दिनांक 26 जून को भारत सरकार की टीम ने जो मूल्यांक किया था उसमें सफलता की सूचना भारत सरकार के संयुक्त सचिव विशाल चौहान ने जारी पत्र के माध्यम से उ.प्र. के प्रमुख सचिव चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य को ललितपुर के जमालपुर केन्द्र के राष्ट्रीय सर्टिफिकेशन की सूचना प्रसारित की।
जिलाधिकारी ने बताया कि यह उपलब्धि कई मायनों में बहुत खास है जिले का यह पहला हैल्थ वेलनेस सेन्टर है जिसे राष्ट्रीय स्तर के मानक पर लाया गया है। हमने ऐसी योजना बनायी है कि इस पहल से जिले के चुनिंदा अस्पतालों व 15 हैल्थ वेलनेस सेन्टर को इस प्रतिस्पर्धा में शामिल किया जायेगा जिससे जिले की स्वास्थ्य सेवा प्रणाली में व्यापक बदलाव दिखाई दे।
उन्होंने प्रशासन की ओर से सहयोग के लिये सबंधित अधिकारियों एवं बीडीओ तालबेहट को बधाई दी साथ ही ग्राम प्रधान जमालपुर को मूल्यांकन में सफलता के लिये शुभकामनाएँ दी हैं। जिलाधिकारी ने स्वास्थ्य विभाग की पूरी टीम को बधाई देते हुये कहा है कि भविष्य में इस तरह की उपलब्धियों के लिये प्रशासनिक सहयोग लेते रहें।
सीएमओ डॉ० इम्तियाज अहमद ने बताया कि प्रथम चरण में एक मॉडल हैल्थ वेलनेस सेन्टर तैयार हो गया है अब इसे स्केलअप करते हुये जनपद के सभी ब्लाक हैल्थ वेलनेस सेन्टर को आगामी कुछ महीनों में राष्ट्रीय मूल्यांकन के लिये तैयार किया जायेगा।

सर्टिफिकेशन के मानक-

चिकित्सालय परिसर व आस-पास अतिक्रमण, जल जमाव, खुली नालियाँ, मुख्य सड़क से चिकित्सालय तक के पहुँच मार्ग, स्ट्रीट लाईट, सामुदायिक शौचालय, हर्बल गार्डन, कचरे का निस्तारण, जलापूर्ति, विद्युत ऑडिट, फायर सेफ्टी के साथ-साथ गुणवत्ता चिकित्सा सेवाओं के लिये चिकित्सालय में सभी आवश्यक क्रियाशील उपकरण, राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रमों का क्रियान्वयन, लाभार्थियों की संतुष्टि, मानक के अनुसार अन्य सेवाएँ आदि।

जिलाधिकारी ने इस उपलब्धि पर मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी डॉ० इम्तियाज अहमद , प्रभारी चिकित्सा अधीक्षक तालबेहट, मण्डलीय टीम के सदस्य आनन्द चौबे, डॉ राजेश पटेल, डीपीएम रजिया फिरोज, डी.सी.पी.एम. गणेश तेनगुरिया, क्वालिटी सलाहकार डॉ तारिक, जमालपुर की सीएचओ सीमा यादव व एएनएम आरती सिंह को बधाई दी है।
